How can I return/exchange the product if there is no physical store of yours in my city? faq

a. Returns or exchanges are accepted if products are in acceptable condition and within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b. Our responsibility ceases when the material is handed over the carriers.
c. Incase of Loss/Damage/Breakage, the buyer must claim from the carriers.
